Escrow-Based Buyer Protection

Every purchase on AccsBay is protected by our escrow system. Your payment is never sent directly to the seller — it is held securely by AccsBay until you confirm that the delivered product meets the description. This ensures that you can always get a refund if something goes wrong.

When You Can Get a Refund

  • Product not delivered: If the seller fails to deliver the product within the stated delivery time, you can open a dispute for a full refund.
  • Product doesn't match description: If the delivered account or product does not match what was described in the listing, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Product doesn't work: If the account is locked, banned, or non-functional upon delivery, you can dispute the order for a refund.
  • Warranty period issues: If the product stops working within the seller's stated warranty period due to seller fault, you can open a dispute.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to your order in the Dashboard.
  2. Click "Open Dispute" on the relevant order.
  3. Describe the issue with evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
  4. Our support team reviews the case — typically within 24 hours.
  5. If the dispute is approved, the escrowed funds are returned to your AccsBay balance.

Refund Timeline

  • Dispute review: Typically resolved within 24 hours.
  • Refund to balance: Instant once the dispute is approved.
  • Auto-confirmation window: If you do not confirm or dispute within 24 hours of delivery, the order is automatically confirmed and funds are released to the seller.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • After you have confirmed delivery of the order.
  • After the 24-hour auto-confirmation window has expired without a dispute.
  • If the issue is caused by your own actions (e.g., changing credentials and getting locked out).
  • For issues reported after the seller's warranty period has ended.

Balance Withdrawals

Refunds are credited to your AccsBay balance. Balance withdrawal policies are subject to verification requirements. Contact support@accsbay.com for withdrawal inquiries.
