1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AccsBay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. AccsBay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of AccsBay, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Marketplace Rules

• All transactions are protected by our escrow system. Buyers' funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed.
• Sellers must accurately describe all products and deliver them within the stated delivery timeframe.
• Buyers have 24 hours after delivery to verify the product and confirm or dispute the order.
• Manipulation of reviews, ratings, or transaction data is strictly prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is not allowed.

4. Escrow Protection

All purchases on AccsBay are processed through our escrow system. When a buyer places an order, funds are locked in escrow and are not accessible to the seller until the buyer confirms delivery. If a dispute arises, our support team reviews the case and determines the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund to the buyer.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempting to defraud other users, sellers, or the Platform itself.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful software through the Platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the Platform without written permission.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the escrow system.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AccsBay, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AccsBay or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

AccsBay provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any products sold by third-party sellers. Our liability is limited to the escrow protection we provide. AccsBay is not responsible for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers beyond the escrow amount.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, AccsBay will act as an impartial mediator. Our support team reviews evidence from both parties and makes a determination. Decisions made by AccsBay's dispute resolution team are final. Users who repeatedly file false disputes may have their accounts suspended.

9. Account Termination

AccsBay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service. Users may also request account deletion by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be handled according to our refund policy.
